Meet Fariha – the newest member of our property team

We are delighted to welcome the latest member of our property team, Fariha Rahman.

Fariha joins us after completing a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Hertfordshire. Her main responsibility is to assist our property team with various tasks we carry out on behalf of clients including property sales, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Fariha has quickly grasped each task she has been presented with and we’re really happy with how she has settled in.

She even managed to join us in time for the recent property team night out!

When not working hard in our property team, Fariha is a huge bookworm and also enjoys writing – in fact, three of her self-published works are available for you to buy on Amazon!

When not writing or reading, Fariha enjoys spending time with friends and family, and especially enjoys fancy brunches!

2023 saw the trend of SIPP property purchase enquiries continue to rise – indeed, approximately 58% of all new SIPPs we established last year had an interest in property. If the first quarter of 2024 is anything to go by, we expect this trend to continue.
