Independent ownership

We are privately owned by four shareholders all of whom have a day to day role in running the business. This means we do not experience pressure from external investors, while it allows our shareholders to make decisions and plan for the future based on their experiences within the business. It also means we can quickly react to any changes in the market.

Simple and transparent fees

Our approach to fees has always been to keep it simple. We charge an annual administration fee of £580+VAT. We do not charge an establishment fee nor do we levy additional fees for transfers in, contributions or making non property investments. Additional fees apply where a SIPP is in drawdown or a property is purchased.

Investment flexibility

We strive to offer our members the investment flexibility they need to achieve their goals. However, we will not allow the risky and unregulated investments favoured by many other SIPP providers. This stance, along with the fact we only work with regulated financial advisers, means we have no legacy investments which could threaten the long-term viability of our business.

Experience

We are proud to have an experienced and pro-active team. Working in a service profession we believe it is extremely important for our financial advisers and members to build relationships with our team, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. As well as being personable our staff are hugely experienced ensuring that you receive all the technical back up and support you require.

Financial strength

We are a profitable, well run business, while being privately owned means we take decisions and plan for the future without the influence of external shareholders. Coupled with our strong balance sheet and our focus on organic growth this translates into a stable home for our members, where service levels remains at the highest standard.

Consistency

Since our establishment back in 1999 we have been dedicated to providing a bespoke SIPP. We believe that by having one offering, with one set of simple and transparent charges coupled with full investment flexibility gives financial advisers and members certainty that we are committed to providing a straightforward, transparent bespoke SIPP offering.

Commitment

We have provided SIPP administration service since 1999. Over the past three decades we have seen many changes to the SIPP market and legislation. We are committed to ensuring that we continue to offer high-quality service to financial advisers and members and that changes to pension legislation are implemented efficiently.

Support

The legislation that governs SIPPs changes regularly. We support financial advisers and members understand the more technical side of SIPPs. This might include regular technical updates, specific support based on scenarios or working together to help achieve the outcome desired by your client. Whatever the question, our doors are always open.
