I.P.M. SIPP Administration Limited (IPM) provides a bespoke offering for independent financial advisers who have clients wishing to establish self invested personal pensions.
I.P.M SIPP Administration Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority as the operator to the SIPP and to provide self invested personal pension administration services.
The IPM Personal Pension Scheme is the name we give to our SIPP.. IPM only administers SIPPs and offers no other services, although through our sister company we do provide the same services for small self administered pension schemes, the occupational pension scheme equivalent of the SIPP.. IPM offers a transparent fee structure designed with simplicity and ease in mind.. We do not charge an establishment fee, nor do we charge transaction costs or levy a fee for transferring in cash from existing arrangements.. We simply charge a flat annual administration fee which is levied regardless of fund size and is payable on receipt of funds being paid to the scheme.
IPM are specialists in the area of commercial property purchase within a SIPP and such an investment choice equates to approximately 20% of the value of our funds held under management.. We have a dedicated and experienced in-house property team, a member from which personally handles each transaction undertaken on our client's behalf from instruction through to completion to ensure that the purchase runs as smoothly as possible.
By working closely with clients and their advisers, IPM can help ensure that each SIPP is efficiently and actively managed so that they achieve defined objectives.. We aim to build relationships with clients and their advisers, providing them with all the technical back-up and support they need.
