How to Apply
The following documents need to be submitted in order to establish a SIPP with IPM:
- fully completed IPM SIPP application form
- completed IPM investment administrator agreement
- completed IPM investment adviser agreement (if applicable)
- completed individual confirmation of verification of identity form by an FSA regulated individual
- money laundering documentation as per section three of our application form certified by the same FSA regulated individual who has completed the confirmation of verification of identity form
