How to Apply




The following documents need to be submitted in order to establish a SIPP with IPM:
  • fully completed IPM SIPP application form
  • completed IPM investment administrator agreement
  • completed IPM investment adviser agreement (if applicable)
  • completed individual confirmation of verification of identity form by an FSA regulated individual
  • money laundering documentation as per section three of our application form certified by the same FSA regulated individual who has completed the confirmation of verification of identity form
