Costs
IPM charges a standard rate of £350.00 for purchasing a property within the SIPP.. This increases to £700.00 should a mortgage be involved.. At all times IPM reserves the right to time cost should the transaction become protracted.
Please note that IPM’s fees are levied per property and not per member.. Therefore when considering a group purchase it is important to bear in mind that any fees IPM charge in respect of the property can be settled by the group members jointly (the annual administration fee is levied per member).
Fees which are levied by lenders, valuers firms which provide VAT advice can be negotiated by the IFA or client.. However all fees must be deducted from the SIPP fund.
IPM does not charge an annual property fee and will deal with matters arising on a time cost basis if they fall outside of our standard annual administration fee.
There are separate charges for the granting of a new lease, changes to an existing lease and on the disposal of the property.
